A Kiddie Christmas Tree

by

Christmas is a lot of fun, but it certainly becomes more charming and magical when you have a kid around the house. Let me take you on a little tour of our family Christmas tree.

Forbidden love in the tree
There’s a little forbidden romance going on in one of the branches.

So that's where I placed the keys..

Let's have a ball.
One of many balls nestled in the tree.

Starry starry night
Wish upon a toy star.

Shiny happy things
My Dad put up the tree one afternoon and started decorating it with Timmy’s toys. No wonder our living room was suddenly clutter-free! I thought it was a fantastic idea. Timmy loved it too, even though he started gathering some of the toys in his little arms. He was like, “Why are all my toys here?!” It was a funny moment.

Now on with the tour.

Rubber ducky you’re the one, you make Christmas lots of fun.

Our Kiddie X'mas Tree
It was the first time that we spruced up our tree this way, and decorating it was a lot of fun.

Children’s toys add a lot of charm to the tree. Best of all, it helps declutter the room! Well, temporarily, just for this season. I’m starting to wish the tree could just be up year long so we could just stuff Timmy’s toys in there whenever the living room gets too messy.

I hope you enjoyed the tour of our kiddie Christmas tree!

I love your Christmas tree, which technically is Timmy’s first tree!

Yes! This is his 2nd Christmas but the 1st one he’s aware of, if you know what I mean.

Oh!!! This has got to be the most beautiful, the most charming, most adorable, whimsical, magical tree I’ve ever seen! And I laughed out loud when Timmy said, “Why are all my toys here?!”

This is my first Christmas with a child so I don’t have any toys yet to put on the tree. But I will definitely do this one day! Thanks for the lovely holiday (and de-cluttering!) idea =D

    Happy Holidays!

    Happy holidays to you too!

so cute! We don’t have a Christmas tree because my in-laws are still in the process of renovating the house but we bought Offspring a small battery operated Christmas tree. Hopefully next year we can try something as creative as yours.

    Next year then! :)

wow! galing ng xmas tree ninyo. even the young at hearts will enjoy it. i also have a little kid and this is a great idea to copy. but then i realized how dangerous my tree will be to my baby kasi super duper malikot na sya at kayang kaya nyang itumba ang malaking xmas tree. wall decors nalang ilalagay ko para di abot ni baby. advanced merry xmas!
