Weekend Soiree #61: A game of comment interaction

The game is easy! I will ask a question. The first person who comments will answer my question, and will leave a question for the next person to answer. This next person will answer that question, and leave a question for the next next person to answer. I am sure you get it!

To make things more fun, the questions have to reflect the chosen theme. For example, if the theme is WISHES, all questions should relate to that topic. Have you ever wished on a rainbow? What are three wishes you’d make if a genie were to come before you? As much as possible, let’s not repeat the questions for added fun! You are welcome to play more than once.

Let’s look closer to home with our 61st weekend soiree.

The theme: FAMILY

The question: When was the last time you shared a meal with your whole family?

We have gone on a lot of family vacations but the most recent one at HongKong (Feb. 2009) is significant. Due to the fact that I am married now and it was the first time I traveled with my husband and my family (parents & sister)

I think I am close to everyone, that will be my 3 younger brothers. See, my two younger brothers and I did not grew up with our parents—So I kinda stood us theirs. When we all got here in US, I basically took care of my youngest brother as well. They all think of me as their mom which makes my mom envious and emotional at times- bleh.

My maternal grandfather was Papalolo. I didn’t meet my maternal grandmother because she passed away before I was born.

My paternal grandparents were Papa/Mama or Papang/Mamang.

  9. Patricia Says:

Usually we go to the Mall of Asia or somewhere far from our home.. and do something productive, usually eating out and window shopping and other things.. LOL. The cheapest way is that my mom cooks every Sunday a very special dish and we all eat it together as a family.

Who are you more close with? Mom or Dad? Grandma or Grandpa?
