When I think of home, I think of a happy kitchen

Kitchen

Happiness is my family gathering ’round the kitchen table and exchanging stories about the past, present and future.

*

This is an old pic of my parents’ kitchen, but it still looks pretty much the same. Just fill the table with food, surround it with our chatter, and you’ve got a place that is extra warm and cozy.

I love hanging out in this kitchen. The only thing is you can’t avoid munching on something while exchanging stories!

What’s your happy place at home? Can you post a picture of it?

I love the kitchen, too. Whenever I see wooden sofas I’d think of home, especially when there’s a rocking chair.

Oo nga, wooden furniture reminds me of home too!

What a sweet little kitchen! It’s so primed for good times. That’s the one thing I don’t have now, a counter that gathers people and food together.

Hmm, I do think I will post a picture too!

I’m a kitchen person too. If you ever visit me, we won’t be sitting in the living room, we’ll be hanging out in the kitchen :)

Lately though, this is my happy place.
