We have an entire room dedicated to our books. They are displayed by category and dusted often. We're pretty fanatical about the whole process. Lately we've been buying a lot of secondhand books and have developed a "washing" process for when we get them home. What book, if any, changed your life? Enid Blyton — I love all her school stories (St. Clare, Malory Towers, Naughtiest Girl) as well as her fantasy series (Enchanted Wood, Faraway Tree, Wishing Chair etc)!

Q: Have you noticed that people have been reading less books in the past decade, and do you think that the primary culprit of this is the DVD format?
