I've gotten pretty high up the ladder at a relatively young age. I'm proud of that. I'm also proud that I stuck to one industry and learned its dynamics, and am now applying what I learned to a "sister" industry. I'm very happy with my career. Yes, there’s nothing like learning new things from colleagues who are also team players in achieving the goals we have set for the children (and their parents) that we work with.

My line of work is stressful at times but there is nothing like a compliment on a job well done that erases all these stresses away

the desire for intellectual (or professional) growth. this was actually the main reason why i left my bank job of twelve years. no regrets at all!!!

A: the ideal job for me would be a combination of teaching at uni and creating and designing in between. but still something to do with studying i guess i’m really a nerd. hehehe.

Yes in my previous work. My supervisor and I had a heated discussion over the phone and I tender my resignation through e-mail as soon as I got home. Then, I handed my formal resignation letter when I went to work the next day. Actually, I'm really planning to leave the company but I wanted to take my vacation before I tender my resignation so I can get the airfare allowance. Answer: I work from home and have a hard time letting go sometimes, but it is soooo worth not having to go into a cold car in the morning and throw myself into chaos.
Question: Was there ever a time where you said, “enough is enough, I’m done!” and put in your notice?

I think at some point we all have played hooky. Yes I have chucked in a sickie to enjoy the day with my hubby.

Would you last in a job you really love (like the actual work), even if you did not like your immediate colleagues (eg, team mates)? .. Follow up Q: Would you leave work if you do not like your work mates? Even if they don’t do you any harm.
