Good morning!

Corned Beef Breakfast

One of my all-time favorite breakfasts! Corned beef, egg and rice (though there’s no rice in the pic). I love corned beef with onions, especially when the onions are almost caramelized. I love it with shredded cabbage. I love it with diced potatoes that are slightly golden. I love it over garlic fried rice. I love it in the morning or for dinner.

Do you liked corned beef too?

I love it on spaghetti! I remember that we used to cook corned beef that’s not from the can when I was a kid. We buy that in blocks from the palengke. I think it tastes better than the canned ones. We also cook sinigang na corned beef with that.

That’s so delectable. It’s morning right now (while I read your blog) and I became suddenly hungry! *my tummy is growling* I think I’m craving for corned beef. I remember when I went to my classmate’s birthday party, her sister made us some spaghetti. I was surprised there were no meatballs, but corned beef instead. :) It was one of the most delicious spaghetti I’ve ever tasted. I used to dislike corned beef when I was a kid because I hate it when they’re “soaking in oil” or “dried up”. They just can’t seem to fit in my tastebuds. But now I’ve learned to love corned beef! It’s best when you top it off with Del Monte chunky pineapples. :D

Woah, corned beef with pineapples? First time to hear about that! :)
