Coincidence?
I’m reading persuasion right now. I’ve been reading it for months (still in chapter 6), because I’m having a hard time understand the words, etc.
But I do think that it’s very nice. (I read the last chapters when my sister bought it for me a year ago. I hate myself for reading the ending!).
Persuasion is light and is actually quite relaxing, compared to Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility.
Emma, too, is relaxing (I read the condensed version. I hate myself for that too)

Aw, don’t hate yourself! If the condensed version inspires you to read the fuller version, or if not so, at least spark an interest in you to read more Austen, then that’s fine I think!

I've downloaded the PDF file of Persuasion from the link at WitsandNuts. Yet to read it though. Somehow, it feels a lot better holding a book, flipping the pages, sitting by the lamp or curling in bed when you feel like it than staring at a computer screen and clicking Page Down.
