My bed time is at the wee hours of the morning (like 4am- 5am) so the sun is up during most part of my sleep. One afternoon, my sister found my sleeping mask on my bed and tried it out to see if it works. She eventually fell asleep! I should try to find the sleeping mask with lavender scent.
