March Blog Carnival: I Dream of Peaches ‘n Cream
Mmmm. Peaches. Vanilla ice cream. Put scoops of that creamy goodness in a bowl, top with peach slices and you’ve got one hell of a comforting companion for the rest of the day. But while this bowl will comfort you, I’m sure you can do something much better with these two! So here’s our blog carnival for March:
Here are this round’s rules:
1. Post an entry on what you would do with these two ingredients: Peaches. Cream. What kind of peaches or cream you want to use is all up to you!
2. Remember: The peaches and cream should be the STAR ingredients, and not just bit players in the recipe you’ll be sharing.
3. Link back to this entry so I can get a trackback. Leave a comment with the permalink of your post to be sure too.
4. Let’s keep entries fresh! Posts should be dated within March 2008.
5. Deadline of entries is on March 22, 2008. That’s a good two weeks to get those peaches and cream dreams together. Ooh la la!
One more rule: Don’t be shy! Recipes can range from the simplest ones to the elaborate. So go ahead and put up that peaches and cream post of yours!

Mmm.. I have actually been wanting to make something with cream and peaches lately and I guess I’m going to have to make one soon to join in! This time, I won’t miss it! I’m marking it in my calendar. lol

refrigerator cake is what i always do with peaches and cream. simple and easy to do. i do hope to find time do one soon so i could join again.

i really like your blog design.. the illustrations are very nice. also i love ice cream with peaches toooo. I always order a peach melba when i get to a restaurant or ice cream bar.. i love all ice cream mostly..

hi toni! i regularly read your posts on inquirer’s happy nest for that good dose of happy thoughts. and my wife regularly reads this blog. good work!
just want to share that my wife does a really good panna cotta (my favorite) topped with peaches (canned, any brand) and cream! simple and delicious! give it a go if you haven’t tried it!
