i will watch every sequel of Twilight because i find this movie so good. the graphics is good, the cast is good and of course the storyline is great.

Kristen Stewart is the perfect Bella .. All around the casting was perfect, everyone had so much so much angst that they fit the story perfectly

Twilight is the best movie i ever watched. I really love the vampire love story theme and i like Bella Swans character.

okay, well, about Edi playing Laurent . . . i’m not going to lie, but i didn’t picture him dark either, but it DID say in Twilight that he had a sickly-ish pale under an olive skin tone. so he may not have been black, but he wasn’t white either. he did have some sort of color to his skin. (i’m not sure if any of you know this but Laurent is pronounced Lore-ahnt. it’s french. just thought you should know if you didn’t already)

I’ve been reading in several blog entries that they wanted to make the movie cast quite diverse. so maybe that’s why Eric Yorkie’s Asian and Laurent, Tyler African-American.

ok, i won’t lie, i thought laurent would be white too. But in a way, this is better. Can you imagine how SCARY this gu is going to be? i think he’s the perfect choice!

i think it will work!!! hes not a big part anyways, so i don’t think it will make a huge difference! …But having that guy from harry potter be Edward is going to ruin the movie totally 100%!!!!!!!!!!! He does not fit, or look like Edward at all!!! the guy playing james on the other hand, fits Edward PERFECTLY!!! they should just switch roles!!!!!!!

Let’s see how he does in the movie! Who knows? He may just dazzle us.

I’m also surprised that they’ve chosen an African-American to play Laurent as well. I’ve always pictured Laurent as white.

And I’ve always pictured Laurent to be someone like Lucian from Underworld!

Apparently in the book, he is described as olive-skinned. I never noticed it till Twilight Lexicon pointed it out in its character pages!

I’m not trying to be racist but I didn’t expect them to get an African-American actor to play Laurent. Maybe because I just expected them to get all White actors and also in my mind, I assumed that all the vampires in the book were White. The movie is going to be interesting that’s for sure.

I always imagined him as a white guy too, but apparently the folks at Twilight Lexicon blog pointed out that he was described to be olive-skinned. I missed out on that detail!
