Meeting Shai and the Blogger Mixer
I dropped by the Blogger Mixer last night and finally got to meet the talented Shai Coggins. *cheers*
Shai is a wonderful lady! She was very welcoming and chatted with H and me for a small part of the evening. I enjoyed our conversations. It felt great to meet a blogging legend!
The cozy coffee shop Kape Isla was reserved that evening exclusively for the mixer. I super loved the shop! I will definitely go back there. Snacks were served during the get-together, but since I came from an early dinner with H, I successfully resisted the urge to feast on the tempting delights. I did get to try their coffee though and it was GOOD. Very good!
Jayvee seems to be a constant presence at blogging events, so it was no surprise that he was the first one I saw upon entering the coffee shop. In the pic, he’s got that pa-cute expression because his mouth was full, hehehe. The lovely lady in green is Noemi, another brilliant blogger.
H & I didn’t stay very long as we had another event to attend, but I was really happy to have met Shai and bloggers Joshua, Mike, Rico, and of course stylish Sasha.

Because I left early, I didn’t get to make the raffle, meet up with fellow Blogging Berks Ajay and Karla and go for drinks at Fez. Awww. Anyway, till the next meet-up, guys!

Toni: I do wish you stayed longer! But, a short time together is *mucho* better than no time at all, so… THANK YOU for taking the time to come. And for bring H along. It was great meeting both of you. Too bad about the schwag stuff. But, if you email me your mailing address, I’ll try to send something to you one of these days.

amazing how we met up again in the weekend . It must have been “Meet up with Toni” week. Nice meeting you dear. You’re such a breath of fresh air with your winning smile and blog too.
