Don’t you think he’d make a good Carlisle? Or maybe Jasper. No, Carlisle.

Carlisle is blond and looks like a movie star, right? When I saw The Devil Wears Prada on cable this afternoon, I noticed that the guy who played Christian Thompson had Carlisle written all over him. I looked his name up on the net and ta-da! Simon Baker. I wonder if he’s a bit old for the role though. Hmmm. Anyway, in MY dream cast, he’d be Carlisle. Okay, maybe even Jasper.

    hmmmm I am not sure about this one. Definitely not Jasper but I’m not sure this is Carlisle either. Thinking.

    Yeah I was thinking he’s a bit old. Well, not a bit. He IS old. Born 1969. Carlisle is in his early twenties right? 23 or 24? This guy’s 38! But I really like how charismatic he looks.

    carlisle is one of my fave characters in the book! :) this one’s a bit old to play carlisle, though…

    Yes, technically he’s old! But maybe with some hair and makeup he can be made to look much younger. Anyway, he’s my Carlisle. :)

    I’m not very familiar with the Twilight series but I was just telling my husband how absolutely delish this guy was on The Devil Wears Prada. Hehehe. I was also watching it on cable :)

    Haha! We were watching at the same time! :D He was delish alright!

    OH thank you! I completely agree. Before I could ever even picture anyone for Edward, Bella, or Jacob…or anyone else for that matter….I had Simon Baker in mind for Carlisle. He is a bit old, but I think some movie magic (and makeup!) could be worked! I can’t wait for the full cast list! Not to mention, the movie!!

    And thank YOU!!! It feels great to have someone agree with my thoughts on Carlisle! :D

    Awww but we have Peter Facinelli now. I think Peter would be awesome too!
