Berry Healthy Breakfast

Berry Healthy Breakfast

Quick and easy breakfast or snack fare. Wash the berries, mix in several cups of low-fat yogurt (we like strawberry!). Serve chilled.

Would you like some? You can have a bowl of this if you can tell me what other fruits would be great to mix with low-fat yogurt! ;)

oh we’re so lucky to have fruits like these abundant in our 2-minute walk fresh grocery store – all year round…i prefer slicing and dicing and putting them all in a blender and drink :P i dont delay gratification kasi :)

Hehehe ako naman tamad maglinis ng blender! At gusto ko nilalasap ko bawat prutas. But I will try that fruit yogurt blend sometime. I haven’t tried that at home yet. That’s great for when I’m rushing in the morning…which is 98% of the time!

    Bananas taste good with yogurt.

Thanks for that tip! I’ve tried banana yogurt and didn’t like it much, but fresh bananas with strawberry yogurt does sound yummy. I will try that combination soon. Thanks Empress!

P.S. I’m waiting for the book. I will not cave! Hehe. I think.

    Yup! Those were deliiiiiiicious berries.

And I admire your patience ha! I can’t wait till August 2008 for Midnight Dawn. Aaaaarrrgh ang tagal-tagal-tagal paaaaa.

Meanwhile, my goal now is to burn a copy of the playlist Stephenie Meyer had in mind when she was writing her books. I don’t have time to put the music together yet (have no idea where to download them either) but perhaps this is something you’d be interested in also, ‘no? :)

Hi Munchkin Mommy! Thanks for visiting and de-lurking yourself. I always enjoy meeting new readers.

Thank you for those fruit tips, fellow yogurt-lover! I will try them out. This morning, I had pears and kiwi in strawberry yogurt with chocolate shavings. It was very good! You should try it out for yourself too. Have a great week!
