A long lunch with longtime blogfriends

Junnie didn’t want to have his solo pic taken (ayaw mo ng portrait?) so I tried stealing candid shots… eh biglang nag-smile. Haha! Junnie is very warm-hearted, his smile infectious, and my gosh, ang kulet. Super. I don’t have a big brother, but if I had one I think he’d be like Junnie — smart, cute, friendly, sweet AND very makulit. I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed every minute of his company.

Shall we blog about this lunch? You betcha! Junnie gifted us with beautiful Moleskine notebooks. Woohoo! My first Moleskine. I can’t wait to use it. Mine came with signature Memento pictures – I should have had Junnie sign the pics pala! Who knows how much these pics will rise in value diba? Next time, next time.

We didn’t take food pics; I think we were very hungry. Well, I was hungry. Imagine nalang that my bowl is still full with Caramelized Spam and red rice, a mozzarella sandwich in front of notsquared and Adobo Flakes for Junnie. There’s nothing like a long lunch well spent with good friends. Junnie, notsquared and I have been commenting on one another’s blogs for 4 years now. Grabe. Ang tagal na pala. Ang galing talaga ng blogging! You meet so many people and stumble upon strong connections with some. Junnie and notsquared are more than bloggers to me — they’ve become friends.Isa pang long lunch!

Blogging is so rewarding when you meet wonderful people and develop unique friendships. I discovered Junnie’s blog several months ago and I enjoy visiting him. Glad you all had a wonderful time together. Thanks for sharing these lovely photos.

It’s great to see the faces behind the blogs, not just their pictures posted on their sites.
Ang Manila Metro Bloggers kaya, kailan na talaga ang meet up?

who are those beautiful people? they should not be behind their blog names…dapat nasa marquee na yang mga yan
mwahahahaa
seems like this is a good notice to fellow bloggers…blogging can really make good, even best of friends, out of you and other bloggers…the meet ups are mere validations that friendship can be had anywhere, distance barring.
i was just so lucky that on my last day in Makati I’d be able to meet with my sister bloggers for lunch!
Denden, is London ready for me? G – NYC should! Rach, there’s always a next time…sorry for the short notice.
