oh yes. Noodle Soup comforts me especially during these times that i’m nearing my PMS or already am… hehe

even the plain instant noodle soups would do if nothing else.. but i love the original Nissin’s, the one imported from Japan – just the plain base soup! yum! it’s just a bit expensive and not always available in the groceries…

oh yummy! I like to spice mine up with chopped veggies like snow peas, or napa cabbage, or green beans, or what ever is in the fridge. AND of course, top if off with something spicy

i love mine with deep fried/roasted pork belly/liempo, cabbage and carrots and a bit of celery.
Spanish Chorizo also as an alternative. SINFUL but …mouthwatering

I like the way you do yours.. Pero dati, I would add weird stuff on my ramen like cheddarwurst (hotdogs with cheese inside) or cut up some deli meat into squares and then I’d add that furikake thing on it. hahaha.. Sarap naman ng sabaw mo. Nakakagutom!

my ultimate favorite noodle soup is beef pho –vietnamese beef noodle soup. it’s amazing piping hot, with hot sauce and lime! and i can eat it during hot or cold weather… but it works wonder when it’s 20 degrees outside! (like today!) =D
