Iska’s Challenge: What Do I Hate?

“Take a picture of yourself wearing the type of clothes/color you hate most and write about it…”
Iska

I have a love-hate relationship with 'closed' shoes. They’re pretty shoes, aren’t they? I love them… and I hate them at the same time! I much prefer open-toed shoes. My shoe cabinet is composed mostly of flip-flops, sandals, open-toed heels or slip-ons. I only wear closed shoes if I’m in need of a pedicure or if I’m going to a formal meeting. I don’t like wearing socks either. I think my feet were made to walk naked on the sandy beaches of Boracay. If my feet could take me there right now, they would! I’d take walking in flip-flops on a beautiful beach over owning the most expensive, most beautiful closed shoes anytime!

P.S. I’ve yet to answer some of the other challenges. Soon! Promise! Soon!

I’m not fond of wearing closed shoes either. Like you, I normally wear them when I’m attending a formal gathering. Otherwise, I don on my favorite flip flops. My unlce bought me topless sandals and I’m so excited to get them. He’s a pilot and won’t be home for a few more weeks. Topless sandals don’t have straps and have special adhesive that makes the sandals stick on your feet. I’ll take a photo of the sandals and post it on my blog as soon as I get them. :D

pretty shoes indeed! and i think i’ve seen a lot of that type of shoes here… but like you i also prefer open-toed ones. kahit na my feet aren’t as beautiful as yours.
