Banana Shake

So easy! Slice a frozen banana into smaller pieces. Get 2 cups of cold milk. Put in a blender. Blend till smooth. Pour into your favorite glass. Yum! Refreshing!

Try adding vanilla ice cream and honey para smoothie! Pag may strawberries sarap din yan. Fave namin dito sa house. If you don’t have a blender use a whiz stick, it uses far less space in the kitchen.

we do this everytime…banana is the base (kasi it has so much sugar) and then we add either strawberry (pareho pala kami ni zita) , apple or orange – but not with milk (kasi im a bit lactose intolerant) but with more orange juice for vitamin c….yum yum. There are $ 49 blenders from “As Seen On TV” infomercials here na can do all these in less than 2 minutes..easy to clean pa.. this is so healthy…kasi you go straight to the _ _ _ _ _ to make _ _ _ _ ;p
