Banana and Papaya Plate
This is one of our favorite ways to eat these two fruits. Just slice them and put them together on a plate. It’s a fresh and healthy dessert!
Here are other ways to eat bananas: Bananas with peanut butter. Banana split. Turon. Banana shake. Banana cake!!! Banana cream pie. My friend Kai puts bananas in her creme brulee. Banana fritters. Banana pancakes. Banana muffins!!! Bananas in cereal. Cerelac Wheat Banana. I love that! I can’t think of anything banana anymore. I think those are the only banana stuff I’ve tried, except for Kai’s recipe.
Let’s try papaya! Papaya shake. Achara. And… well, that’s all. Yikes! That’s it for papaya? Maybe I’ve missed out on more papaya stuff.

And sa papaya naman, iyong payamansi, papaya with kalamansi. Ewan ko nasasarapan ako dito, basta pinipigaan ko ng kalamansi iyong isang slice ng papaya. Yum!

oh yummy! I love fresh fruits
Lani, you’re the only other person I’ve heard of who likes calamansi with papaya. That is how my lola taught me to eat it, and now my daughter and I still eat papaya with a spritz of lime and a sprinkling of sugar. Sugar only because the papaya we get here pales in comparison to our papayas back home.

try bananas with roasted or salted (but not that salted) peanuts (slightly ground, pero not fine) and a little (as in little) condensed milk. parang nutty-banana something. masarap sya. =D the sweet-salty taste is a good combination…for papaya, you can always crush the ripe papaya, add powdered milk, little sugar, and freeze it…. =D
