Do you struggle with what clothes you think are best for your body shape?
Check out Forme. The boutique sells women’s clothing according to body shape: rectangle, triangle, inverted triangle or hourglass. It is divided into these four sections for your easier browsing. I’m a rectangle so I gravitate immediately towards that particular section. One of the tips I got was that I have to pick out tops with interesting necklines to flatter my body shape. Over my past visits, I’ve bought about two tops, two pants and I finally have that elusive little black dress. They also sell necklaces, bracelets and earrings. The salesladies are very pleasant and can help you determine your body shape via a little brochure that they have.
I’ve seen Forme boutiques in SM Megamall, SM San Lazaro and Greenhills Shopping Center. I’m not sure where there other branches are. If you do pass by one in a nearby mall, do drop by and check out what they have to offer. They really have pretty stylish and comfortable clothes!
I only wish they offered alteration services, shared new stock updates with regular customers and had a website. Is anyone from that boutique reading this? Hello?

maybe it’s FOR ME nga toni! papicture ka naman with your the tops you bought! You know, akala ko after that mad shopping I did in Pinas I wouldn’t be tempted to shop here for months and months but guess what? I bought a new top, skirt and a pair of pants over the weekend. wala lang, thought you should know! haha

ooops, forgot to say that my wish list here in NZ is that i hope they can come up with a shop that sells for ‘shorter’ people para naman I don’t have to have my trousers taken up all the time. ang mahal ng alteration ha. $14 a pop!

Dang it! Its not here. Boohoo…BUT i think Land’s End does the same for North Americans. They even allow you to create a virtual model.

it’s For Me. it was formerly Penshoppe Ladies. owned by the same store owner of PL. suki na din ako dito. kabisado na nga nung mga sales ladies nila pirma ko. everytime i’d sign the credit card slip and they’d see my signature, they’d say, “uy mam, kayo pala. naalala ko pirma nyo.” hahaha!
