This post made me crave the dish! It's been a while since I enjoyed it. I think I'm going to the market later to buy some pechay ;o)

genpot: Mmmmm, thanks for the tip on the salted black beans. Is that the same as tausi? I'm not sure. That sounds like a great combination with the petchay. Adds a Chinese flavor to the dish! And yes, do try the Pork Dumpling Noodle Soup. It's easy to make and great to have on a rainy evening!

I'll try your pork dumpling soup... looks good.... hhhmmm.....

xtine : You can even use shrimp in place of pork for this one! Or sometimes I make do without meat and just have plain veggies. Just as delicious and nutritious!

siena : Maraming bok choy nga naman sa China. :) Enjoy it!

tintin: H and I just call it "The Pechay Dish." I think it's called "Pechay Guisado" (Sauteed Pechay). Pechay is Bok Choy. :D

justice : Yez!

Christine : No prob! And welcome back!

hi Toni,

My grandparents usually, ground beef ang pinang-hahalo nila and it's really taste good and now you give me the idea by using ground pork. Ma-try nga tonight for dinner!
