Friday Trio
TGIF!
As I leave for the weekend, I share with you three links you can visit over the next two days (or three days since long weekend dito!). Enjoy them!
On the Verge. Finally, my best friend of ten years has been bitten by the blog bug. The funniest thing is he has NEVER tasted my cooking and only knew I cooked when he started reading my blog, say, a week ago?
Drop by Erik’s new home and say hello!
Online Image Resizer. If you need to quickly resize a photo you have on file, this is the site to go to. Just pick a pic you want resized, pick from the list of size choices they have (50% smaller? 75% smaller?) and click on submit… ta-da! You can then save your new resized pic on your PC. Very convenient for the digitally challenged like me!
PostSecret. This is one of the most insightful websites I’ve seen. It is a community art project “where people mail-in their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard.” If you are a voyeur to secrets, seeking connection or just curious, do visit the site. Sometimes you realize, Hey, and I thought I was the only one. The site refreshes every Sunday.
Happy weekend!

I love PostSecret!!! I just goes to show how humane people are around the world. The secrets make you laugh out loud, make you cry, make you sad, make you feel lucky that you’re not going through the ordeals that some of the senders experience.
The secret that hit me the most was this post card of the World Trade Center and the secret says: Everybody I knew before 9/11 believes that I’m dead.
